Houston Carpet Cleaning

Here in Houston, if you have wall-to-wall carpeting, you know that carpet can bring out your home's coziness and elegance. You love the soft feel of carpet pile on your bare feet. But all the advantages of carpet come into question when it's dirty. Suddenly it seems more like a trap for dust and dirt, now walking around in your bare feet at home doesn't seem so attractive anymore. And that sprinkle-on carpet cleaner you bought and vacuumed with as directed didn't do anything. The retail carpet cleaner you rented did something - it made your carpet wet - but it didn't get it clean. So now what? You considered your carpet an investment and a luxury when you had it installed. Now it's a headache.

1. CARPET CLEANING PREPARATION:

Your carpet cleaning technician will inspect the areas to be cleaned. They will ask you about the amount of traffic that progresses through an area on a daily basis, to gather information, to insure the best possible cleaning results. They will move small items and brush the carpet in the heavy traffic areas to lift the carpet's pile and to loosen dirt particles.

2. PRE-VACUUMING:

After the areas are brushed, we thoroughly vacuum the entire carpet area, removing dirt before the cleaning is done.

3. PRE-TREATMENT:

All heavily soiled areas are pre-treated according to their source if it can be determined. If you have pets and some odor problems you can discuss it with your technician about odor control products.

4. CLEANING OF AREAS:

After we complete the preparation work, we then use our non-residue carpet cleaning system agent.  Your carpet will be fluffier and cleaner, as if you just had it install. The pile will be restored as much as possible. And, since a dry cleaning agent was used, your carpet will not soil up fast like other methods that leave behind soapy residue, that also attracts dirt as well and causes mold that you can't see, but can smell days later. Instead, your carpet will be left dry, soft, and clean in as little as 45 minutes, (dry in about 1 hour depending on the condition and type of carpet).  Light traffic is ok so you can entertain if you like the same night!

5. FINAL BRUSHING AND POST INSPECTION:

The carpet is brushed with a soft rake to restore its fullest height – giving it a Pristine new look! Your carpet cleaning technician will take you on a complete walk through inspection. This allowing you the customer final approval.
